In connection with this offering, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $22.5 million of additional shares of Class A common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurances as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
The company said that proceeds from the transaction, which marks a key step in its strategy to optimize asset portfolio and enhance financial flexibility, will be used to reduce its corporate debt and for general corporate purposes.
