The agreement strengthens the domestic supply chain for mission-critical applications by expanding availability of U.S.-manufactured rare earth magnets.
USA Rare Earth (Nasdaq: USAR) and Texas Mineral Resources (OTCQB: TMRC) announced a definitive agreement under which USAR will acquire all outstanding shares of TMRC in exchange for 3,823,328 shares of USAR common stock in a transaction valued at approximately $73 million.
